I've tried dragging every single BIN, CUE, ISO, MDF and MDS file onto the exe, and the only thing I've had happen is Windows asks me "do you want to run this file", and of course I hit yes. Some are ISO/CUE, some are MDS/MDF, and some are BIN/CUE. I've got about a dozen games here, all that have worked in SSF (another Saturn emulator) successfully. I got SNES and NES games running just fine, but I can't seem to get any Saturn games to open.
I just assumed there would be some sort of GUI, but eventually I figured out I have to drag and drop my ROMs onto the exe. I then checked the "run as administrator" box for the Mednafen executable. I extracted the files, ran the executable, and several new files and folders were created in the directory.
